Our flex buildings feature the latest infrastructure technologies along with build-out and drive-in level loading capabilities.  Typically, our mid-size distribution facilities offer flexible 24’ clear ceiling heights with both dock high and drive-in level loading.  But it is our state-of-the-art 36’ clear distribution centers that are now setting the industry standards in design and construction.
